When these guides do not have the answer, or something needs the team to do it for you — switching on a feature that is still enabled site by site, correcting the name or address on a tax invoice, reopening a closed site — contact the SeedWebs team as described on this page.
How to reach us
Email [email protected]. It covers everything about SeedWebs.app (sites created at seedwebs.com, served at {slug}.seedwebs.app or on your own domain): using the admin panel, technical problems, buying a plan, quotes and tax invoices.
If you use th.seedwebs.com or SeedWebs Classic, write to [email protected] as before. These guides describe SeedWebs.app only, so they do not cover those services.
Office hours and reply time

An email sent outside office hours is answered on a business day; there is no need to send it again.
What to put in your email
The team can help faster when the first email already has:
- Your site’s address, such as
mysite.seedwebs.appor your own domain. - The email you sign in with, if it is not the one you are writing from.
- What you did: which page you were on and which menu or button you pressed (for example Settings → Menus), what you expected, and what happened instead.
- A screenshot, or the error message exactly as it appears on screen.
- For payments or tax invoices: the invoice or tax invoice number, listed at
seedwebs.com/dashboard/billing/invoices.
Never send a sign-in code from an email, an API token or a card number. The team does not need any of them to help you, and SeedWebs does not use passwords to sign in. If someone claiming to be the team asks for one, do not give it.
Your personal data
The team uses what you send by email (your address, the message and any attachments) to answer and resolve your request, as the Privacy Policy at https://seedwebs.com/privacy describes.
To ask for a copy of your personal data, a correction, or its deletion, email [email protected] with “Privacy” in the subject. We answer privacy requests within 30 days.
