Questions people ask
Does SeedWebs still use WordPress?
Not any more. SeedWebs is a new system we built on Cloudflare, so there are no plugins to install or update, and we update the software for every site at once. Themes are HTML, CSS and browser JavaScript; there is no PHP.
Will my design come across?
No. Your content comes, with your logo, main colour, fonts and site name (set for you on a site created for the move; on an existing site you choose when you confirm). The theme does not, and pages built with a page builder need their look redone on SeedWebs: use the theme installed for you, pick another, or paste HTML you designed with AI. With the Moving service, the team adjusts the look to come close to your old site.
My site uses Thai links. Can it move?
Yes. Your old Thai links redirect to the new pages, but the new addresses on SeedWebs use English letters (the English part of the old slug, or wp- followed by the WordPress id). If you need to keep Thai addresses, contact the team before you move.
Can I move from Wix or another system?
Moving it yourself works for WordPress sites only (with the plugin or a file import). From any other system, the team moves it for you with the Moving service (see the next answer).
Can you move it for me?
Yes, with the Moving service, from WordPress or any other system. The team looks at your site first, then quotes a price. It brings your content as it is, and restructures it only when your moving quote says so. For a WordPress site you install the plugin and allow the connection yourself (the team never allows it for you); the team then runs the move, finishes what didn't come across and helps you point your domain. The team moves a site from any other system by hand.

The starting price is for content sites, including a product catalogue and ordinary forms (the team sets your forms up again on SeedWebs); complex systems and online stores are priced case by case. It does not include a new design or new features: the team only adjusts the look to come close to your old site. (A product catalogue needs Pro or higher; order management and coupons need Business.)
Can I use my AI assistant?
Yes. Connect Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor through MCP on every SeedWebs plan and during the trial (ChatGPT needs OpenAI's Business, Enterprise or Edu plan to change your site). In the admin you can also draft and translate with your own Gemini key, one page or post at a time; translating needs a second language, which you get from Pro and during the trial. How to connect
What if I want to leave?
You can. An admin can download the whole site's content as one JSON file on every plan while the site is open. It does not hold the media files themselves (only their addresses), and there is no file WordPress can import yet. Your domain stays yours.
